It really isnt as bad as people seem to make out. I believe most people should go all out and buy two and likely at least one is taken anyway here in 2020. (still not used to that). You have a business name of course, and you of course have a city and a product. You like most have many products but most can be boiled down to one, we sure did with yellow pages, and you also sure what your name. Now is when it gets a little tougher. Whats your business name? What is your main product and your city? If you’re joe bucks plumbing, and in middle earth, you might be safe, but if its joes and you are in a big city. Its going to be a bit tougher but not too bad.
We will spend a little time on this later, just a few more points here. First if you are in the USA, I consider it a .com world. Other countries have other main TLD’s and you are outside US then you likely know what that extension is. So lets look at this, and please its your business, so if you want a .net thats fine, just as a customer I think could have had a .com, and I wonder who has that…..It is pretty simple and mostly straight forward.
Basicly you are looking for two names, mainly just one. What you want is your business name, then if no one has your city your product .com I think its well worth the $10 a year. What would you search? You can always as your favorite customers. Trust me, know a lot of business owners, and this is something they just put off. Its not hard, and you are late to the party.
